Hi, I’m Elspeth Palmby.
I’m a cosmetologist based out of lovely Lynden and beautiful Bellingham, Washington.
I have been offering hair styling and makeup services throughout Washington since 2010. As a graduate of the Northwest Hair Academy in Mount Vernon, Washington, I learned all Paul Mitchell techniques and have honed my cutting and coloring skills with experience and practice. In 2014 I graduated from the Vancouver, B.C. John Casablancas Institute for makeup and since then have been a mobile makeup and hair service for photoshoots and events. I love working as an artist. You can also find me at my salon in Bellingham, Beauty Collective, in the Fairhaven district.
